Next year, the festival will be one, fun-packed day and we are looking for people to join in with stalls, food & drink, activities and performances.
Our festival is a FREE community event held on St Thomas Pleasure Ground, Exeter. EX4 1HS. The festival is run on a voluntary basis; the organisers do not make any profit and currently our funding only allows us to provide perks rather than payments to performers. We're also looking for more volunteers to help steward the festival and help with other fringe events.
The day will feature live music, performances and demos, fresh food and drink, a variety of activities for all ages including sports, games, art, crafts and workshops. We are looking for people to provide all of these things.
In the run up to the main day, we'd really like to have a variety of fringe events happening in the community. If you'd like to arrange an event, or link up an existing event, let us know through this form.
Please provide us with your contact info, offers, ideas and suggestions. We will then be in touch with further info to confirm bookings etc. There is no commitment at this stage and no guarantee of acceptance either. Last year we had many more performers than time available on stage and we were at maximum capacity with stalls. We do our best to provide a free festival of variety featuring our local talents. We're volunteers, so please bear with us. We will get there!
